1. Baggage transportation
The free baggage and hand luggage allowance is set by the carrier.
1.2. You are allowed to transport free of charge:
1.2.1. 1 suitcase size 30x40x70 cm, maximum 30 kg. Which is transported in the luggage compartment
1.2.2. Hand luggage size 20x20x30 cm, maximum 5 kg. Which is carried in the cabin on the top shelf. It is prohibited to place hand luggage in the aisle of the bus. Carrying suitcases (of any size) inside the bus is prohibited.
1.2.3. Passengers – children: baby stroller (only folded), in the absence of other luggage. Which is carried in the luggage compartment.
1.2.4. Passengers – persons with disabilities: wheelchair (only folded), crutches. Carried in the luggage compartment.
1.3. Baggage includes personal belongings of the passenger, packed in bags and suitcases. All other items except the stroller, bicycle and wheelchair are considered cargo. Cargo is not accepted for transportation.
1.4. Luggage is checked into the luggage compartment of the bus. Passengers are allowed into the cabin only with hand luggage. Children’s strollers and wheelchairs are allowed to be transported in the luggage compartment when folded, packed in a cover or cellophane. A bicycle can be transported upon prior agreement with the carrier, folded and packaged with linear dimensions of 130*100*30 cm and for an additional fee.
1.5. When transporting luggage in the luggage compartment of a bus, the carrier is responsible only for the presence of a piece of luggage, but does not guarantee its integrity and functionality. The passenger who has checked it in for transportation has the right to receive baggage.
1.5.1. During transfers, the passenger bears full responsibility for transferring his luggage to the bus in which he will continue the trip.
1.6. Additional luggage up to two pieces per person (one bag/suitcase measuring 30x40x70 cm) is accepted for transportation only if there is free space in the luggage compartment of the bus for an additional fee established by the Carrier. The available seat is determined by the driver upon boarding, taking into account the total number of passengers on the bus, the volume of the luggage compartment, and other factors. The carrier recommends that you coordinate the carriage of additional baggage in advance.
1.6.1. The Carrier has the right to refuse the Passenger to carry additional baggage. If the Passenger decides to refuse the trip, the crew will cancel the trip and mark the Passenger’s ticket. Such tickets cannot be returned or received compensation.
1.6.2. When boarding the bus, the passenger, paying a fee for the transportation of additional luggage or for exceeding its dimensions and weight, confirms that he has received from the carrier all the necessary information about the amount of the fee for luggage and the grounds for collecting it. The passenger has the right to request that the baggage dimensions be recorded in writing upon boarding (on the ticket or receipt). This mark is affixed by the carrier’s employee
1.7. Sports equipment is accepted for transportation in the luggage compartment only with the permission of the Carrier at an agreed price.
1.8. Musical instruments exceeding the size of hand luggage are accepted for carriage only with the written permission of the Carrier at an agreed price. If the size of a musical instrument allows it to be placed in the bus (guitar, etc.), then the Passenger must pay for a second seat next to him. If a passenger decides to check in a musical instrument in the luggage compartment, the passenger assumes responsibility for the preservation and working condition of the instrument.
1.9. The carrier does not accept construction materials, car parts, furniture, household and electrical equipment, including any refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers, electric and gas stoves, TVs, video and music systems, etc., for transportation in the luggage compartment of large cargo in the luggage compartment.
1.10. The carrier has the right to refuse to transport baggage if the bus crew has suspicions that the contents of the bags may cause a delay when going through procedures at checkpoints.
1.11. The Carrier recommends that the Passenger insure his luggage before travelling.
2. The carrier has the right:
2.1. Change the bus, change the seat of a passenger on the bus without prior consent and notification, or when replacing a bus or to ensure the highest quality trip. The bus map when purchasing a ticket is for informational purposes; changes in the location of seats and aisles are possible.
2.2. Check upon boarding the presence of a visa for entry/transit into the country of destination, the validity period of the visa, the number of entries of the visa, as well as other documents confirming the passenger’s right to exit/enter the country/and transit and destination.
2.3. Refuse travel if the bus crew suspects that travel documents may cause problems for the passenger with border services and delays at border crossings.
2.4. Refuse a passenger to travel if he arrives at boarding with external signs of alcohol intoxication, is intoxicated, is under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances, violates public order by his actions, refuses to present or his travel documents are not in order. In this case, the contract of carriage is considered terminated. The ticket price is non-refundable.
2.5. Refuse travel to a passenger if the Passenger appears or behaves in a manner that raises concerns about safety, or causes direct or indirect harm to the Carrier, crew, personnel, bus, property, property, services or Passengers. Such appearance or behavior includes the use of threats, abuse, insults to staff, crew and Passengers, the possibility of a threat from a person or the fact of a preliminary threat on his part in relation to the safety, health or hygiene of one or more persons, property or the bus.
2.6. Continue the flight as scheduled without the passenger and without reimbursing him for the fare, if the passenger violates customs and border rules and is detained at the border.
2.7. Refuse transportation to a passenger during a flight and disembark him at any point on the route if he violates these Rules, by his actions interferes with the work of the crew, the peace of passengers or creates a danger to others.
2.8. Reschedule/cancel a flight for technical reasons, due to unfavorable weather conditions or in the event of circumstances that he could not have foreseen and the occurrence of which he could not prevent, without prior notice.
2.9. Do not accept for transportation animals, birds, oversized luggage or luggage whose weight exceeds the established standards.
2.10. Do not accept baggage for transportation if the content, structure, shape or smell of the baggage could cause damage, contaminate the baggage of other passengers, the bus interior or luggage compartment, or could disturb passengers or the bus crew.
2.10.1. Do not accept baggage for carriage that has external damage or accept it on condition that this information is indicated on the ticket.
2.11. Provide the passenger with additional services if available (buffet, presence of a flight attendant, video, toilet, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 220V, individual built-in multimedia screen (without headphones), etc.).
2.12. The passenger’s telephone number specified when purchasing a ticket must be available for communication throughout the entire territory where the bus route passes. If the contact/mobile phone number indicated by the Passenger on the ticket turned out to be incorrect and it was not possible to contact the Passenger or send an SMS, the carrier company disclaims responsibility for informing the client in advance of any changes related to the flight. Claims in such cases will not be accepted.
2.13. The bus crew has the right to demand that passengers fulfill their duties.
3. The carrier is obliged:
3.1. Provide the passenger with the right to travel upon presentation of a ticket and according to the data specified in it.
3.2. Ensure that the passenger is delivered to the destination indicated on the ticket.
3.3. If a flight is canceled or delayed or a bus is changed due to the fault of the carrier, provide the opportunity to travel on another flight of the carrier or partners or return 100% of the fare to the passenger.
3.4. Use all means within his power to transport and deliver passengers and baggage to their destination within a reasonable time. The schedule indicated on tickets, website, posters, advertising brochures and other documents is for informational purposes only and its exact implementation is guaranteed.
3.5. If the Procedure for the sale of tickets, rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage were changed after the ticket was purchased, the Procedure in force at the time of purchase of the ticket is taken into account.
3.6. In all other cases not provided for by this Procedure, the Carrier and the passenger are guided by current legislation.
