1. General Provisions.
1.1. This document regulates the procedure for selling tickets for flights operated by Maksimov Tour LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Carrier) on international routes, the rules of transportation on the carrier’s buses, and also defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Passenger and the Carrier.

1.2. For international transportation:
documents confirming the passenger’s right to travel are a ticket, valid physical documents. persons for crossing the border and traveling through the territory of foreign states, and in the case of a ticket purchased at a discount – a document additionally confirming the validity of the discount.
1.3. Documents for crossing the border and traveling through the territory of foreign states:
– Passport of a citizen of an EU country for entry and/or travel, stay in the territory of EU countries, Schengen countries or other foreign countries, if the domestic legislation of the country does not provide for the citizen to have other travel documents;
– Biometric passport; passport and visa in this passport for entry and / or travel, stay in the territory of the country, which is subject to the visa regime established by the legislation of the country;
– A child’s passport, a child’s travel document and a visa in this passport / document for entry and / or travel, stay in the territory of a country that is subject to the visa regime established by the legislation of the country;
– To travel with children, it is possible to require additional travel documents, namely: birth certificate, notarized power of attorney from parents, divorce certificate, court decision, etc. The list of documents depends on the legislation of the country where the child is traveling;
– Diplomatic passport, service passport and visa, if provided for by the legislation of the country of destination or transit countries;
– other documents required by foreign states.
1.4. A ticket is a travel document, the issuance of which confirms the conclusion of an agreement between the carrier and the passenger and gives the Passenger the right to use the trip solely in accordance with the data specified in the ticket, namely: the Passenger’s last and first name, route, date and time of departure. The ticket number and Passenger data are entered by the sales program in the ticket and boarding sheet. If there is no data in the ticket and boarding information, the authenticity of the ticket is considered doubtful and requires additional verification.
Each passenger must have a ticket and a seat (even if a newborn baby, he must have a separate seat).
1.4.1. Responsibility for the accuracy of information in tickets sold through partner websites (Busfor, Infobus, Inbus and other electronic systems) lies with these partners within the framework of contractual relations.
1.5. The ticket cannot be transferred to a third party. Purchasing a ticket indicates the Passenger’s agreement with the Procedure for selling tickets, the rules for transporting passengers and baggage on the carrier’s buses
1.5.1. Tickets are checked during the flight by persons authorized by the carrier and having a controller’s certificate. In case of ticketless travel, the passenger is obliged to pay the cost of the ticket.
1.5.2. If a passenger has purchased a discount ticket, the right to which is available to: children under 18 years of age, students under 26 years of age, pensioners and disabled people, the passenger is required to show an identification document upon boarding. If this is not the case, the passenger must pay the difference in price on the spot up to the cost of a full ticket, “Adult” category.1.6. 1.7. For tickets purchased through promotions, discounts and loyalty systems, there are possible special rules, about which the Passenger will be informed additionally.
1.7.1. For tickets purchased through promotions and/or discounts, the following restrictions may apply: the duration of the trip, the possibility of changing the date of the trip, the possibility of canceling the trip, etc. These restrictions are indicated in the terms of the promotion or discount and on the ticket itself. Discounts and promotions may only apply to selected flights.
1.8. The documents required to cross state borders, enter/exit, and stay in the territory of other countries are the passenger’s personal documents. The citizen bears personal responsibility for their availability, proper execution, validity period, etc. to the relevant government bodies. The persons accompanying them are responsible for the children’s travel documents.
1.8.1. The passenger bears full individual responsibility for improper execution of documents for the right to cross state borders along the route. If a passenger is not allowed to travel at the point of transfer to the flight according to the ticket or the passenger is removed from the bus while monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of the contract of carriage, it is considered fulfilled, despite the fact that the carriage was performed in a different volume than previously provided, the cost of the trip is not refunded, and claims in this regard will not be considered.
1.8.2. The passenger bears full individual responsibility for violating the laws of the states along the route. If a passenger is detained at the control for an individual inspection / verification / customs formalities of his personal violations, the contract of carriage is considered terminated, the bus has the right to extend the flight without the passenger. At the same time, fulfillment of the terms of the transportation contract is considered fulfilled, despite the fact that the transportation was performed in a different volume than previously provided, the cost of the trip is not refunded, and claims in this regard are not considered.
1.9. Tariffs and categories for the application of special fares for travel are established by the carrier. Rates are dynamic and may vary depending on the number of available seats, day and time of purchase, seasonality and other factors. The decision to change tariffs, the introduction or cancellation of special tariffs, the amount and conditions for their application is made by the Carrier independently.
1.10. Boarding/disembarking of passengers is carried out exclusively in accordance with the information specified in the carrier’s permits and according to the ticket. Boarding/disembarking in other places is prohibited. The passenger is required to board the bus at the point of departure indicated on his ticket.
1.11. In case of stops during the trip, the passenger must return to the bus before the end of the stop time announced by the crew. If the passenger does not return to the bus within 5 minutes after the end of the specified time, then it is considered that the passenger refused the further trip and is not entitled to any compensation for the ticket, the cost of the trip is not refunded, and claims in this regard will not be considered.
1.12. Only persons over 14 years of age are allowed to sit in seats numbered 1, 2, 3, 4. Passengers with seat numbers 1 to 4 must be fastened if the bus design provides seat belts.
1.13. Passengers are prohibited from:
– transport weapons, dangerous goods, including flammable, explosive goods that may contaminate the vehicle or the clothes of passengers;
– transport animals, birds (exception if you discussed this with the Carrier, and he gave permission subject to compliance with the agreed conditions)
– show up for boarding or are on board the bus while drunk, under the influence of drugs, or drinking alcoholic beverages; use narcotic and psychotropic substances;
– walking around the bus for no reason;
– smoking in the cabin, toilet, service areas of the bus;
– put your feet on the seat, block or obstruct the passage on the bus;
– by your behavior create inconvenience to other passengers or interfere with the work of the crew, while driving, distract the driver’s attention from control;
– open the doors of the vehicle until it stops completely;
– prevent doors from closing;
– make a trip without paying the cost or without presenting an identity document;
– make corrections to the ticket and transfer it to another person;
– carry luggage and hand luggage on the seat;
– use emergency equipment unnecessarily;
– disrupt public order;
1.13.1 If the Passenger does not comply with any of the rules listed above, the Carrier has the right to refuse boarding or remove this Passenger from the bus in a safe and specially equipped place (such as a Border checkpoint, gas station, bus stop, etc.).
1.14. The carrier is not responsible
– for possible errors when registering a ticket with an open date and rescheduling the travel date by phone;
– for the preservation and integrity of the passenger’s hand luggage and personal belongings in the cabin;
– for the loss, disappearance or theft of existing funds, jewelry, passports, valuable documents, collectibles, things of scientific value, as well as other valuables located in the cabin or luggage compartment of the bus;
– for any losses incurred by the passenger due to deviation from the traffic schedule, except for cases of connivance or deliberate failure to fulfill obligations by the carrier;
– for any losses incurred by the passenger as a result of the criminal activity of any private person (including other passengers, road users or crew)
– for things left or forgotten in the bus.
1.15. The bus schedule does not provide time for passengers to issue a Tax Free tax refund. The carrier’s responsibilities do not include assistance in obtaining Tax Free. If the passenger does not agree to continue traveling along the route and wishes to be given time to obtain Tax Free, the Carrier has the right to refuse the passenger and continue traveling without the Passenger.
1.16. The carrier does not guarantee timely arrival at transfer points, transfers to other flights and transport, or flight connections. The carrier is not responsible for deviations from the schedule, untimely delivery of the vehicle resulting from force majeure circumstances (including, but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic jams (“traffic jams”) on the roads, actions of government agencies in case of detours, natural disasters, force majors and other reasons beyond the control of the carrier, as well as the actions of the passengers themselves affecting the fulfillment of obligations) or other circumstances (technical problems with the bus on the way to the place of departure) that the Carrier, despite the measures taken, could not foresee and prevent.
1.16.1. Force majeure – the Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under the Agreement if this failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Agreement, or if the failure to fulfill obligations by the Parties under the Agreement was a consequence of extraordinary events that the Parties could not have foreseen , nor prevented by reasonable measures
1.17. The carrier is not responsible for any unsuccessful transfers to any type of transport due to deviations from the schedule, with the exception of transfers indicated on the ticket. If the passenger does not make it in time for the guaranteed transfer indicated on the ticket, the Carrier provides the Passenger with an alternative means of transport. If the passenger refuses to use an alternative mode of transport, the Carrier will refund the cost of the unused trip indicated on the ticket.
1.18 The time of arrival/departure of buses in tickets, schedules or other sources of information is indicated local, in accordance with the time zone of the country of departure or arrival.
1.19. If departure on a route is delayed due to the fault of the carrier, but the passenger decides to use the trip, claims for delay in departure and arrival will not be accepted. If the passenger decides not to use the trip, he receives compensation in the amount of 100% of the ticket price.
1.20. If departure on a route is canceled due to the fault of the carrier, but the passenger agrees to reschedule the date and use the trip later, then claims for compensation for additional costs incurred will not be accepted.
1.21. The carrier is not responsible for forced stops due to technical reasons during the flight.
1.22. If the flight is interrupted due to the fault of the carrier, and the carrier cannot provide a transfer to another bus of the carrier or partners, the passenger, upon refusal to continue the trip, is paid monetary compensation for the cost of the unused distance in accordance with the cost of the purchased ticket, or the carrier reimburses compensation to a passenger in kind by purchasing a ticket for another bus (or a ticket for travel in a reserved seat carriage of a train, if a bus does not run on this route) to the destination indicated in the carrier’s ticket.
1.22.1 In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Carrier has the right to change / cancel flights by informing Passengers about this by phone provided when purchasing a ticket (for tickets purchased online, by e-mail and / or telephone).
1.23. If during transportation the crew has a legal basis to remove a passenger from the flight, the fulfillment of the terms of the transportation contract is considered fulfilled, despite the fact that the transportation was performed to a different extent than previously provided, the cost of the trip is not refunded, and claims in this regard will not be considered.
1.24. Statements, complaints, claims regarding the trip or the work of the carrier are accepted in writing within 1 month after the event or flight. Statements, complaints, claims must be addressed and sent to the Carrier. The period for consideration of these requests is thirty days from the date of receipt by the carrier. If the application is received in a foreign language, the period for consideration of such an application increases by fifteen days and is forty-five days from the date of receipt by the carrier. The carrier recommends sending complaints and claims as soon as possible after the flight date.
1.25. In order to prevent a crime or identify the circumstances and/or persons who committed an offense, to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, as well as the safety of property, it is possible to place video surveillance systems in bus interiors. The Carrier undertakes to use, transfer and store the information received only to fulfill the above purposes.
