Conditions for returning and transferring a ticket:
1.1. The passenger has the right to return a ticket purchased on the website maximovtours.com.
To do this, you need to contact the phone numbers listed on our website. The money will be returned within 30 business days to the bank account from which the payment was made.
Return conditions:
If you cancel your trip 72 hours before departure, you will receive 85% of the ticket price.
If you cancel your trip 24 hours before departure, you will receive 50% of the ticket price.
If you cancel your trip less than 24 hours in advance, your money will not be refunded.
1.1.1. If the passenger did not contact us and did not warn us that he would not show up for the flight, in case of no-show and delay, it is considered that the passenger refused the trip and the cost of the trip is not refunded.
1.2. If you are unable to travel on the date indicated on your ticket, you can reschedule your trip.
You can change your travel date to earlier at any time without penalties or loss of cost.
If you change the date 48 hours before the travel date to a later date, then this can also be done without fines or material losses.
If you change the date 24 hours before the travel date to a later date, then we have the right to count only 50% of the ticket price.
1.2.1. A ticket can only be transferred once.
If the cost of the new travel date is higher than what the passenger originally paid on the original travel date, the passenger is required to pay the difference in price.
The same applies if a passenger loses part of the ticket price due to a late transfer, then he must also pay the difference in price.
2. The passenger has the right:
2.1. Buy a ticket with a fixed or open date of departure, reschedule the departure date, cancel the trip, according to the rules established by the Carrier.
2.2. Change the departure date to a new one no later than 48 hours before the old travel date and time indicated on the ticket. You can change the date of your trip by contacting us using the contacts listed on our website, maximovtours.com. If the cost of the trip at the time of date change is higher than that indicated on the ticket, then the passenger must pay the difference.
2.3. If, for force majeure reasons, a passenger cannot use his ticket and he wants to transfer it to his immediate family (children, parents, grandparents, guardians), then he can contact us and ask for this.
If the Carrier approves this, your relative will be able to travel with your ticket.
At the same time, if your ticket was purchased at a reduced price, and the new passenger is not entitled to it, the Passenger must pay the required difference in price.
2.4. Cancel the trip before the bus departs and receive a refund of a sum of money equal to the cost of travel minus penalties established by the Carrier. Cancellation of a trip can be recorded:
– at the agency where the ticket was purchased;

2.5. When purchasing a ticket at a special “reduced” fare, you must present original documents confirming that you are entitled to this category of ticket.
2.5.1. If a ticket is purchased at a discount, upon boarding and during the trip you must have with you a document confirming the validity of the discount. In the absence of a document confirming the validity of the discount, the passenger is obliged to pay the difference in cost up to the “adult” category.
2.5.2. You can purchase an additional adjacent seat for yourself. To do this, you need to buy a second seat at the cost of a “discount” ticket.
2.5.2. The “Students” tariff is applied to persons up to 26 years of age inclusive, studying on a full-time basis at universities and other educational institutions in the countries of arrival/departure according to a ticket or ISIC.
2.6. The age of a minor at which he can be admitted onto a train unaccompanied by an adult is determined by law. The carrier does not provide escort services for minors.
2.7. Persons with disabilities and persons from other groups with limited mobility have equal rights and responsibilities along with other citizens, however, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of other passengers, persons with disabilities and passengers from other groups with limited mobility are recommended to be accompanied by another adult person when traveling on the bus. related to low-mobility groups of the population.
The passenger is obliged:

The carrier is not responsible for errors in the ticket.
3.3. Arrive at the bus boarding point in advance, but no later than 10 minutes before its departure time. If a passenger fails to show up at the point of departure, according to the date and time indicated on the ticket, the ticket is canceled with 100% deduction of funds, and in the case of a trip with a transfer/change of bus, all subsequent parts of the trip and all seats are also automatically canceled with 100% deduction of funds. are released for sale.
3.4. Present to the conductor or driver travel documents that allow travel and stay in the territory of foreign countries; a document confirming the right to a special tariff. If the data specified in the ticket does not correspond to the flight data or does not coincide with the data in the presented document, or the travel documents provided are not valid for crossing borders and traveling through the territory of foreign states, then the passenger does not have the right to use the trip. Complaints regarding such issues will not be accepted.
3.5. After boarding the bus and departing from the station, the conductor or driver may re-check the availability and validity of passengers’ tickets and travel documents. The passenger is obliged to provide a ticket and travel documents allowing travel and stay in the territory of foreign countries, at the request of the conductor.
